Larissa has lead teams, projects and programs, both in marketplace and ministry. Her heart for people is what led her into a fulfilling path in Human Resources over10 years ago. She now is the Founder of With You In Mind, Concierge BusinessSolutions a rapidly growing HR Consulting Firm serving growing and mid-sized business with the organizational infrastructure, systems and strategy to scale. She is also the Co Founder of Victory Brand Luxury Timepiece Co. and Faith isTimeless Foundation with her husband, Branden Gaddis.
Larissa is a native of the Huntsville, AL area and graduate from The University ofAlabama with both her Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration.
She is the author of book Leadership Redefined, the guide to standout in the marketplace.This book is a servant leadership approach, and the story of how her corporate career propelled her into leading a filling purpose driven life in full-time entrepreneurship. Larissa believes everyone is called to be a leader but you must choose to stand in that leadership and serve your gifts to the world. Her 2nd book to release in 2024.
